The Eco Club, Bihpuria College strives to educate students about the importance of environmental conservation, climate change, and biodiversity through workshop, presentation, educational seminar and talks, clean up drives, tree plantation, Nature Walk, Documentary screenings, Eco –friendly competitions, Awareness campaign, Garden Project, Carpool and Public Transport promotion,etc. The club will be committed towards raising social awareness regarding environmental issues and changing student’s attitude towards the environment by enlisting their active participation in Club’s activities.

 

The main objectives of the Club are –

·         To arouse love and responsibility towards nature.

·         To create an awakening in the young minds for preserving and conserving natural environment and to make them more sensitive towards surroundings.

·         To motivate the students to keep their surroundings green and clean by undertaking plantation of trees.

·         Motivate students to imbibe habits and life style for minimum waste generation and inculcate the culture of eco friendliness and work towards making a sustainable environment.
