This committee was formed to preserve communication between parents, instructors, and students. The committee's goal is to maintain track of the students' progress and to interact with their parents on a regular basis. The committee's responsibilities are as follows:

1. The committee is responsible to inform about the students’ performance to their parents on time.

2. The committee collects data regarding internal assessment marks and attendance and conveys to the parents of the students.

3. The committee authorizes to decide the date of the parent teacher meeting to be held. 

4. Letters are sent to individual parents’ one week prior to the date of parent teacher meeting.

5. Whenever necessary, the committee guides the parent and the student to their respective mentor for clarifications.

6. In case of any suggestions given by the parents, the committee discusses with the higher authorities of the institution for implementation of the same.
